1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the operator of PackRip ("we", "us", the "Operator"). By creating an account, accepting these Terms on screen, or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by them and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the site.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, you will be asked to accept the new version before you can keep playing. Continued use after acceptance means you agree to the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use PackRip. By accepting these Terms you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you give us is true.

You are solely responsible for making sure that using the site, buying credits, opening packs and receiving products or crypto is legal where you live. We do not offer the service to anyone in a jurisdiction where it is prohibited, and we may block, suspend or close accounts from such places at any time, with any remaining deposited balance returned where the law allows it.

One account per person. Accounts are personal and cannot be shared, sold or transferred. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your password and two-factor codes private.

3. The service

PackRip lets you open digital packs, join battles and play deals to win items that correspond to real products. Each pack shows the items it can contain and the exact odds of each one before you open it. Outcomes are decided by our provably fair system, which you can verify yourself on the Fairness page. Results are random and we never guarantee that you will win any particular item or make a profit.

Item values shown on the site are our reference prices and may differ from prices elsewhere. Free packs, rewards, raffles, races, tips and other promotions are gifts from us, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and never create an obligation to pay you.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any brand or manufacturer whose products appear on the site. Brand names and images are used only to identify the products.

4. Credits, deposits and withdrawals

Your balance is expressed in credits. Credits are a means of playing on the site and are not money, not a deposit account and not a stored-value product. Credits have no value outside the site and cannot be transferred to other people except through the features we provide (such as tips).

Deposits, once credited, are final and are not refundable except where the law requires it. Only funds you have deposited, less what you have already withdrawn, can be withdrawn in crypto. Welcome credits, rewards, prizes, tips, affiliate earnings and the proceeds of selling items back to the site are play credits and cannot be withdrawn as money; products you win can be shipped to you instead.

Withdrawals are sent to the wallet address you provide, on the network you choose. You are responsible for entering a correct address: transfers to a wrong address cannot be reversed and we cannot recover them. Network fees are deducted from the amount. Crypto prices move; the amount of SOL you receive is determined at the moment we send it.

To protect you and us, we may ask you to verify your identity and the source of your funds before processing a withdrawal, may hold a withdrawal while we review unusual activity, and may refuse or reverse withdrawals that we reasonably believe are linked to fraud, multiple accounts, bonus abuse, chargebacks or a breach of these Terms.

Identity verification. Before we pay out any withdrawal or ship any prize, whatever the amount, you must complete identity verification (full legal name, date of birth, address and a government-issued photo ID, plus proof of address if we ask for it). We may request verification for any account at any time and for any amount, and we may ask for additional documents. Until verification is complete we may hold withdrawals, redemptions and shipments. We may also place an account under review while we investigate unusual activity; during a review, withdrawals and shipments are paused and we are not required to disclose the nature of the investigation.

Minimums. We may set and change at any time a minimum amount for withdrawals and for selling items back to credits; the current minimums are shown on the site.

Every purchase returns value. Each pack you buy awards items and experience points (XP) whose combined reference value is at least the price you paid. XP is not money, cannot be withdrawn and cannot be transferred.

Mistaken credits. If we credit your account with credits, items or prizes by mistake (technical error, human error or otherwise), they remain our property: we may remove them, and if you have already withdrawn or redeemed them the amount is a debt you owe us that we may deduct from your balance.

5. Items and shipping

When you ask us to ship an item, we will send the product or, if it is no longer available, a product of at least equal reference value or the equivalent in credits, at our choice. Delivery times depend on the destination and the courier. Import duties, taxes and customs fees at the destination are your responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by couriers, customs or force majeure, or for delivery problems caused by an incomplete or incorrect address that you provided. Once a tracking code is issued the item is considered delivered to you when the courier reports delivery.

Value at the time of redemption. The reference value of an item is the value displayed on the site at the moment you redeem, sell or otherwise dispose of it, not the value displayed when you won it. Reference values can change with market prices.

Availability. Items are subject to stock. If an item cannot be obtained, has been modified or discontinued, or we suspend its supply for technical, legal or regulatory reasons, we may cancel the shipment and credit your account with the item's reference value at that time instead.

Delivery. Typical delivery takes between 3 and 30 days after we ship. High-value items may be collection-only, which we will state in the item description. You are responsible for import duties, taxes and customs fees, and for being available to receive the parcel; if a parcel is returned to us we may credit you the item's reference value instead of re-shipping.

6. Fair play and prohibited conduct

You agree not to: use bots, scripts or automation; exploit bugs or glitches; open multiple accounts or help others do so; abuse promotions; launder money or use funds of illegal origin; initiate chargebacks on legitimate deposits; harass other players in chat; or interfere with the site in any way.

If we reasonably believe you have breached this section we may void the results obtained through the breach, forfeit related credits, items and prizes, and suspend or permanently close your account without notice. Deposited funds not connected to the breach will be returned where the law allows it.

7. Play responsibly

Opening packs is entertainment and involves the chance of losing what you spend. Only spend what you can afford to lose. If you feel you are losing control, stop and contact us: we can limit or close your account at your request, and we will not reopen a self-excluded account during the period you choose.

8. Content and intellectual property

The site, its design, code, texts, logos and graphics belong to the Operator or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use them only to play on the site. You keep the rights to what you post in chat, but you grant us a licence to display it on the site and you are responsible for it. We may remove any content and mute or ban chat users at our discretion.

9. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that any item will be available, or that you will win anything. To the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Operator and its owners, staff and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost opportunity, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you deposited in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless the Operator from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the site at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close your account at any time for a breach of these Terms, for legal or regulatory reasons, or if we discontinue the service. On closure, items still in your cart can be shipped or sold to credits within 30 days; deposited funds not used and not forfeited under section 6 will be returned where the law allows it.

Voided prizes. If we close or suspend your account for a breach of these Terms, including multiple accounts, use of another person's identity or payment method, bots, collusion, syndicate or professional play, or bonus abuse, we may cancel and void any prizes, items and credits on the account, and you will be liable for any loss we suffer as a result of the breach.

13. Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem, contact us first and we will try to resolve it within 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought individually before the competent courts of that jurisdiction; you agree not to bring or join class or collective actions against us, to the extent the law allows this waiver.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the rules shown on each pack, event and page, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site. Questions: support@packrip.gg.
