How PackRip collects, uses and protects your personal data.
1. What we collect
Account data: username, email, password hash, Google account identifier if you sign in with Google, two-factor secret if you enable it, avatar. Activity data: packs opened, battles, deals, balance and ledger movements, chat messages, tips, IP address, device and browser information, session cookies. Payout data: crypto wallet addresses and transaction signatures; shipping name, address and phone when you ask us to ship an item. Identity documents only if we ask you to verify your identity before a withdrawal.
2. Why we use it
To run the game and keep your balance and inventory; to send and track withdrawals and shipments; to keep the site fair and secure (fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse); to comply with legal obligations such as anti-money-laundering rules; to answer your requests; and to send you service emails such as password resets. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the site (hosting, email delivery, Google sign-in), couriers for shipments, and authorities when the law requires it. Crypto transactions are recorded on public blockchains: your wallet address and the amount become publicly visible when we pay you.
4. Cookies
We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in, and local storage for interface preferences such as the chat panel. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. Retention
We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account exists and afterwards for as long as the law requires (typically several years for financial records). Chat messages are kept for a limited time for moderation. You can ask us to delete your account; we will delete or anonymise what we are not legally required to keep.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to object to some uses. Write to support@packrip.gg and we will answer within 30 days. Security: passwords are stored hashed, sessions can be reviewed and revoked from Account → Security, and two-factor authentication is available.
7. Children
The site is not for anyone under 18. If we learn that we hold data of a minor we will delete it and close the account.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be shown on the site and, where required, you will be asked to accept them again.
